Do you file or submit permits for us?

No, and we don't plan to. We are not a licensed third-party shipper and we never act as your shipping agent. You hold the permits; we track them and tell you when something looks wrong.

How is the state ruleset maintained?

By hand, state by state — license requirement, fee, renewal cadence, per-consumer volume cap, tax notes, age verification requirements, and a link to the primary source. Each row carries a last-verified date, and the product shows you that date rather than hiding it.

Which states do you cover?

California plus the states small Napa wineries ship to most often. We'd rather cover fifteen states accurately than fifty states approximately. If you ship somewhere we haven't curated yet, tell us and it moves up the list.

Do we have to connect our store?

Not to get value. The compliance answers and permit tracking work on their own. Connecting Commerce7 is what makes volume-cap checking real instead of manual, and that integration is in progress.

What happens to our data?

Your permits, shipments, and flags are scoped to your winery and isolated at the database level, not just in the interface. We don't sell data or share it with regulators, carriers, or anyone else.
